We are proud to operate branches within nine local communities. You can find a KS Bank branch in Clayton, Four Oaks, Garner, Goldsboro, Kenly, Selma, Smithfield, Wendell, and Wilson. We also operate a loan office in Dunn.

Lead Relationship Banker
The Lead Relationship Banker manages the overall banking functions in a branch office, including, building relationships with current and potential customers and servicing their banking needs when possible. They also determine customer needs and refer them to appropriate personnel for deposit and investment products. This role seeks to grow a strong and resourceful staff that will build the reputation of the bank and increase the client base in the area. Relationship Banker I
The Relationship Banker I provides the highest quality customer service to new and existing customers by offering superior products and account options. This role provides overall bank services in a branch office including building deposit relationships with current and potential customers. The Relationship Banker processes customer account service requests, determines other customer needs, and refers customers and prospects to appropriate personnel and/or outside partners for additional products and services. Roving Teller I
The Roving Teller I provides the highest quality customer service to new and existing customers by offering superior products and account options. This role travels to various branches to fill in as Teller as directed by manager. They receive, process, and balance customer transactions on a daily basis as well as disburse funds for withdrawals and other cash transactions. The Roving Teller I builds relationships with customers and shows appreciation for their business.
