We want to make your switch to KS Bank hassle free. To switch your account over, we'll need a few completed forms in order to get you moved over.
1. Complete and print the Customer Switch Information Form. Bring the completed form to one of our convenient branch locations to open a checking account.
2. Complete and print the Change of Automated Payment or Direct Deposit Form to change any automatic payments and/or direct deposits to your new KS Bank account. Send that completed form(s) to the appropriate organizations.
3. Complete and print the Account Closing Request to close your previous bank account. Send/deliver that completed form to your previous bank.
